physical shipments such as educational kits or merchandise, the following policy applies:

   platform. For physical products (if applicable), standard courier or postal services will be used.
2. Processing Time
   All digital product deliveries are processed instantly or within 24 hours. For physical shipments:
    Processing time: 2–3 business days
    Delivery time (USA): 5–7 business days
    International delivery: 10–14 business days
3. Shipping Charges
   Shipping fees may apply for physical products and will be calculated at checkout based on delivery
   location and item weight.

   Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email for physical products. Digital
   product access will be shared via registered email.

   disasters, or unforeseen external events. In such cases, we will provide timely updates and
