At IEM America Corporation, we are committed to providing high-quality services and digital
products. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary. Please
read our return policy below:
- Eligibility for Returns
As our services primarily consist of digital products, workshops, and online courses, returns are
generally not applicable. However, under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments or
technical errors, a return request can be considered. - Return Window
Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this window, we reserve the
right to decline your request. - Ineligible Items
Returns are not accepted for:
• Downloaded digital content
• Accessed course material
• Attended workshops or webinars - Request Process
To request a return, email [email protected] with the subject “Return Request” along
with:
• Full Name
• Order ID
• Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. - Resolution
If a return is approved, the amount will be processed either as store credit or refunded back to the
original payment method, depending on the situation and customer preference.
